Now an exciting new edition has been successfully funded in 2021 on Kickstarter and is due for publication in 2022. Morgan Davie (He/Him)
Morgan Davie, aka mōrgue, is a Kiwi game designer and podcaster living in Wellington, Aotearoa New Zealand. He founded Edinburgh’s long-running Open Roleplaying Community and received the Banquo Award at Conpulsion 2004, before it was called the Banquo Award. In recent years he’s worked on the Doctor Who RPG for Cubicle 7, designed multi-award winning school resource Game of Awesome, and now he’s very excited to be working on the second edition of a|state.
Gregor Hutton (He/Him)
Gregor is a games designer and illustrator living in Edinburgh. He worked on the original a|state game line in the early 2000s and collaborated with its creators Malcolm Craig and Paul Bourne on other RPGs and indie publishing endeavours. Gregor’s probably most known for his game 3:16. Carnage Amongst The Stars. He’s one of the system designers for the Second Edition of a|state published by Falkirk’s Handiwork Games. Gregor received the Banquo Award at Conpulsion in 2015.
