The Closing Ceremony at the Conpulsion does a few things. It allows us to say THANK YOU to all of you, give the Banquo Award to a worthy winner, share the final total raised for charity and bring the convention to its official close.
Conventions are, by their nature, social events where gamers come together in solidarity with kindness. Thank you to everybody who makes the convention happen, from our wonderful guests to the committee, volunteers and GMs to the most important people of all: the attendees.
And once the ceremony is complete we’ll have the Chris Baylis Memorial Pub Quiz, with Craig Oxbrow and hosted by the legendary Brian Nisbet. (You can also read about why we remember Chris Baylis.)
